We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Any orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday will be shipped out the following week.
Our famous homemade prosciutto bread* is made with love and the best ingredients around. Ships frozen. If not frozen when the package arrives, no worries - just re-freeze if you wish. If still frozen, defrost for 4-8 hours. Heat at 350º for 10-15 minutes or enjoy at room temperature.
- To dispose of extra dry ice safely, allow the dry ice to evaporate
- inside the original container beyond the reach of children and pets
- May be re -frozen and stored for up to 3 months
- May be kept refrigerated for up to 6 days

Orders ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only (subject to change on holiday weeks). Any orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday won’t go out until the following Monday.
